Payment Rules and Regulations

Last updated: May 07, 2025

This Payment Rules and Regulations document ("Rules") governs the use of the Clove Rewards platform (the "Service") for processing payments. These Rules are designed to ensure compliance with our policies, applicable laws, and card network requirements. By using the Service, you agree to abide by these Rules, which supplement our Terms and Conditions and Refund Policy and Payment Methods documents.

1. Purpose and Scope

Clove Rewards facilitates card-based payments for customers ("you" or "Customer") using credit or debit cards issued by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or other supported providers. These Rules outline acceptable payment practices, prohibited transactions, and your obligations when using the Service.

2. Accepted Payment Methods

We exclusively process payments via credit or debit cards. No other payment methods, including cash, direct bank transfers, or cheques, are permitted. Transactions must be initiated using a valid card linked to your account, and all payments are processed in Australian dollars (AUD) unless otherwise indicated.
